A bright broad leaved chard with stunning bright yellow stems. The leaves are excellent as a baby leaf in salads, and the stems can be eaten as an alternative to celery. At maturity it will produce sweet stalks that are best eaten raw or steamed. If the stalks are over ripe then they can get a slightly bitter taste. Use the leaves like spinach. Hardy Biennialplant
